Since 2004 Chef Bao Michael Huynh conceived of an adventure: A multi-national cadre of chefs and Culinary Institutes of America culinary students travel to Vietnam. Chef Bao has committed to showing his peers and students the soul of Vietnam - it's people and its food - up close. To show and share the beautiful country, the markets, the smells and taste, and the people with other chefs and aspiring chefs is what it's all about.
